By Car
From the South (M4)
Take the M4, exit at junction 48 (Llanelli), onto the A4138.
From the North (M5)
Exit the M5 at Junction 8 and take the M50 to South Wales. Exit on the A449 towards Ross on Wye and Monmouth. Follow signs onto the M4 to Llanelli. Exit at Junction 48 (Llanelli), onto the A4138.
By Air
The closest airport for Llanelli is Cardiff airport; however, there are good road and rail links from the London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Birmingham and Manchester airports.
By Coach

London Gatwick Airport to Llanelli (bus station)
by coach goes via Swansea (8 miles from Llanelli). Gatwick to Llanelli is from 7-8 hours journey. Standard return fare is £49.70 sterling.
London Heathrow Airport to Llanelli (bus station)
by coach goes via Swansea and is from 6-7 hour journey. Standard return fare is £45.50.
Cardiff Airport to Llanelli (bus station)
Take a bus from outside the airport to Cardiff bus station, they run every hour.
By Coach to Swansea is a 1 hour journey. Standard return fare is £9.40 (single £6.20). From Swansea you can either take local bus, coach or train to Llanelli. It takes about 30 minutes. There are direct bus from Cardiff to Llanelli, but they are very rare.

Connections to Llanelli can be picked up at London Paddington or at Reading. The journey takes about 5 hours with prices ranging from £14 - 90 single Standard Fare per person.
From London Heathrow Airport to Llanelli Train station
Take the Heathrow Express (from terminals 1-4) to London Paddington (£3.50-6.50 standard fare. It takes15-23 minutes), then to Llanelli. From London Paddington it is a 3.5 hour journey with prices ranging from £12.50 - 54 single Standard Fare per person.
From Cardiff Airport to Llanelli Train station
